I lost my offer status link
Use your reference ID on the offer status page if the site prompts for it. If you cannot find the ID, contact customer service with the email and phone you used on the form so we can locate your submission.
Why is there no offer yet?
Offers are prepared after review and buyer outreach. Timing depends on your vehicle, location, and buyer interest. Your status page is the best place to see progress for your case.
My offer expired
That usually means pricing or timing needed a refresh. You should not be able to accept an expired offer; the status page should move toward an updated offer. If it seems stuck, contact us with your reference ID.
