TCPA Consent

This page describes how RetireCar may contact you by phone, text message, or email when you submit a vehicle request or otherwise provide your contact information.

Effective date: April 9, 2026|Start an offer

Consent to Contact

By submitting your information through the Site or otherwise providing your phone number or email address to RetireCar, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from RetireCar and from the service providers involved in evaluating, facilitating, or completing your vehicle request or transaction.

These communications may include offer updates, buyer matching, scheduling, support, reminders, transaction follow-up, and, where permitted by law, promotional messages.

Autodialed or Prerecorded Communications

To the extent permitted by applicable law, calls or texts may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded voice, artificial voice, or similar technology. Your carrier's message and data rates may apply.

Intermediary Disclosure

Because RetireCar acts as an intermediary marketplace, your transaction-related contact information may be shared with independent buyers, transporters, towers, and related service providers so they can evaluate your vehicle, coordinate pickup, verify details, or complete the transaction.

No Condition of Purchase

Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to browse the Site. However, if you submit a request for an offer or proceed with a vehicle transaction, RetireCar may need to contact you using the information you provided to process and administer that request.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP. You may also follow unsubscribe instructions in marketing emails.

Opting out of non-marketing or transaction-related communications may delay or prevent us from completing your request, coordinating pickup, or finalizing a vehicle sale.

Call Recording

Calls with RetireCar or with service providers assisting with your request may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes where allowed by law.
