RetireCar operates an online vehicle marketplace. In most transactions, RetireCar acts as an intermediary between vehicle sellers and independent buyers, tow providers, and related service partners. RetireCar is not always the direct purchaser of your vehicle unless we expressly say so in a specific transaction.

By using the Site, requesting an offer, accepting an offer, or otherwise communicating with us, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We may collect information you provide directly, including:

• Vehicle details such as VIN, license plate, mileage, title status, condition, and photos.

Because RetireCar is an intermediary marketplace, we may share your information with independent buyers, towing vendors, title processors, communications vendors, analytics providers, and other service providers as reasonably necessary to evaluate, facilitate, or complete a vehicle transaction.

We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, sale of assets, legal request, fraud investigation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RetireCar, our users, or others.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared for third-party marketing.

If you provide a phone number or email address, RetireCar and the parties helping deliver the transaction may contact you regarding your vehicle request, offer updates, scheduling, support, or other account-related matters.

Marketing-related calls or texts, where used, are subject to applicable law and the disclosure on our TCPA page. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of text messaging and HELP for help.

We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand traffic patterns, improve the Site, measure campaign performance, and support fraud prevention and security.
